There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you send through a system we would then have to describe. Email is simpler and it stays between your mail provider and ours.

Write about anything to do with the course: a step that is unclear, a link that no longer works, a government page that has moved, or a correction. Corrections are welcome and are the most useful thing we receive.

If your message is about your personal information, put Privacy request in the subject line. The Privacy Policy sets out how those are handled and the time frame for a reply.

What happens to your message

The address above delivers to a mailbox held with our email service provider, which may store data outside Australia. The message is read by people working for ISWORK s.r.o. and used to answer you, and for nothing else. It is never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.

Messages are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless they are needed for a legal claim. Anything you send that is not needed to reply to you is deleted where it is lawful and reasonable to do so.

What we cannot help with

We are not a support channel for any game, and we have no access to anyone's game account. If a game will not install, a password will not reset, or a purchase has gone wrong, the vendor's own support channel is the only place that can act. We cannot intervene, look anything up, or pass a message on.

We also cannot tell you whether a particular game is right for you, your household or a particular person. The course is written so that you can answer that yourself, and a one-line answer from a stranger would be worth less than the five steps.

Reporting something serious

If a message concerns conduct in a game rather than this site, these are the national bodies: the eSafety Commissioner for serious online abuse, Scamwatch for scams, and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for conduct by a business. Each of them can act where we cannot.
